About this opportunity

Syngenta wishes to build its capabilities in the Turf and Landscape business area with the recruitment of a Turf and Landscape Trialist. This exciting new role will be responsible for the trialing and evaluation of chemical, biological (including biostimulants) and digital solutions for turfgrass and landscape markets.

The Trialist will be responsible for building relationships across these businesses in order to conduct high quality trials to appropriate standards (GEP). The successful candidate will be working closely with R&D and commercial colleagues to drive portfolio decisions and new opportunities based on field trials data


Qualifications

About You

You should have experience of working with turf and/or landscape, with trials or have a keen interest in the industry. You will understand trial design and data generation, in addition to product knowledge of plant protection products within Turf and Landscape, and of turf and turf management practices.

You are an excellent team player, with good communication and attention to detail with concern for standards. You can learn and adapt quickly to new challenges, being flexible, hardworking, self-motivated, and importantly are able to work on your own.
