Technical Market Development & Technical Lead

• Implement demo trials on time to generate “Reasons to believe” to support Syngenta recommendations.
• Provide technical expertise/training to marketing, sales, regulatory, and Field Promoters
• Provide technical support to the sales team in their demonstration areas SBS, and field day activities.
• Implement the commercial demos ESPs to support the BTL activities.
• Lead the Digital project of TMD.
• Will also work hand in hand with the Commercial team’s in the zone to support commercial success aspirations
• Timely retrieval of highly qualified data from trials to support robust decisions.
• Together with the Commercial team, will serve as subject matter resource for the crop protection products in the Business Zone
• Will also implement relevant Agronomy services whenever needed.

• A degree (BS or MS) in the Ag field related to the following: Agronomy, Crop Science, Crop Protection, Breeding and Genetics, Environmental Science, Soil Science
• 3+ years of Rice Research or Rice Agronomy work experience
• Preferably has experience working with cross functional teams (Commercial/Sales & Marketing, Seed Operations)
