  • Professional responsible to collect and analyze various data sets (Demand, Production, Sales, Inventory, etc.) to be used by Local and Regional Supply Planning team, Finance team, Production team, etc.
  • Maintains and consolidates existing KPI’s and supply chain metrics.
  • Support Supply Planning Team using analytics data to drive improvement in operational results.
  • Update and maintain daily/weekly/monthly planning and reporting tools.
  • Provide supply chain analysis to support continuous improvement in the Supply Planning processes.
  • Assist in setting up a central depository of information for Supply Planning team.
  • Analyze various business data and financial information including sales figures, forecast variances, production plan and inventory control matters as well as blocked materials and master data.

Activities:

  • Analyze and continually improve planning parameters;
  • Analyze and visualize large data sets;
  • Develop and implement new tools, processes and dashboards;
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports;
  • Gather, analyze and compile data related to demand and inventory plan;
  • Assist with budget preparation and monthly reviews;
  • Automate reports and data feeds for service planning tools;
  • Communicate the schedule and deadline of deliverables across the Supply Planning team;
  • Consolidate financial information and present key performance elements;
  • Using expertise to contribute to build Supply Planning targets achievement;
  • Disseminate Supply Planning awareness, driving continuous performance improvements;
  • Guarantee the delivery of daily operation being adherent to key KPIs.

Accountabilities:

  • Ownership of reporting to support our budgeting and forecasting process, monitoring performance in the KPIs;
  • Help develop tools for inventory management;
  • Responsible for measure inventory levels across multiple DCs and portfolios;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery of inventory and consistency of information shared across areas;
  • Be a sourcing of reliable data, ensuring awareness of Supply Planning processes;
  • Demonstrate compliance with Supply Planning processes and policies;
  • Work closely with functions like logistics, finance, legal, quality, MDM, etc to embed joint processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum experience of 1 year in Supply Chain functions;
  • Graduated in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Administration and related areas;
  • Capability to operate ERP systems like SAP APO, SAP IBP and SAP Foundation;
  • In depth knowledge of Supply Planning procedures, processes and best practices;
  • Solid understanding of Excel (e.g: creating pivot tables, graphs, etc);
  • Analytical and mathematical skills;
  • Critical thinking for making decisions.
  • Experience in Supply Planning Management Systems;
  • Intermediate English level, desired Spanish;
  • Strong analytical and financial awareness skills;
  • Analytical Thinking: ability to assess and solve problems;
  • Drive results proactively challenging the status quo;
  • Negotiation and prioritization;
  • Business acumen.
