State Regulatory Specialist

Accountabilities

• Effectively obtain and maintain State registrations for Crop Protection Products
• Principal contact with State Lead Agencies for product registration issues as required
• Preparation and internal / external stewarding of product submissions and label submissions to most states
• Responsible for state electronic submission process, including individual state websites, ALSTAR and Kelly Registrations
• Provide support on addressing state registration issues to Supply Chain, Federal regulatory, Commercial business units, Customer Service, Marketing, and other departments as necessary
• Active participation on product and formulation launch teams, as needed
• Assist with product life-cycle management in concert with Brand Management
• Promotes culture of compliance within Syngenta as related to state specific laws and activities

• BS/BA Degree Required
• Proficient in use of MS Office products including Word, Power Point , Excel
• In Excel proficiency in manipulating, analyzing large datasets using advanced formulas
• Must be highly organized & pay attention to details. 
• Performance Orientation:  Makes things happen – delivering quality at speed

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with Smart Sheets desirable
• Knowledgeable in State or Federal regulatory submissions helpful
