SR Logistics Analyst - Safety Operations

Identify improvements opportunities in Health, Environment and Safety Standard (HSE) in Logistics operation on Paulinia site (inbound and outbound) that can be solved through initiatives focused on safety, ensuring the governance of processes, and acting responsibly according to codes of practice and procedures. This delivery will be made by the list below:

  • Implement HSE management system for logistics operation at Paulinia site
  • Work with HSE area to establish a culture program, including campaigns and implement it
  • Analyze 3rd party logistics procedures and policies and find improvements opportunities aligned with Syngenta standards
  • Implement HSE logistics KPIs and ensure critical analysis process
  • Establish and participate in structured meetings with in multidisplinary teams including logistics providers
  • Develop and carry out genba routines in logistics operations
  • Establish and monitor process of observations, status, follow-up and feedback for contractors
  • Report incidents occurred accordingly and generate lessons learn to be shared with all stakeholders
  • Support root cause incidents investigation aligned with HSE principles and standards. Also track actions to be implemented to a safer operation
  • Perform annual risk assessment based on Logistics risks and perform risk analysis for the logistics activities being performed (routine and non-routine tasks)
  • Establish and monitor process of observations, status, follow-up and feedback for contractors
  • Address actions based on collision assessment gaps and provide new solutions

  • Graduation on Administration, Engineering or similar
  • Specialization or proven experience on Health, Environment and Safety Standard (HSE)
  • Specialization or proven experience on Logistics
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Focus on delivery and problem-solving, to add value to the project and the customer
  • Ability to quickly understand new concepts, be flexible and come up with original solutions to problems
  • Organization and proactivity towards its responsibilities, seeking constant alignment with the leadership
  • Have creative thinking, propose innovative ways to solve problems, combining a business focus with strong analytical skills
  • Project management experience using project methodology
  • English communication writing and speaking (Advanced)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge on management system and integrated audit
  • Knowledge on regulatory standards (e.g NRs)
