ROLE PURPOSE

  • Support SPS AMEA leadership to develop internal and external communication
  • Support regional marketing campaigns and special projects, including management of all SPS events and marketing-related activities
  • Execution of Singapore digital marketing campaigns, website, and social media management to intensify customers’ engagements
  • Execution of administrative support activities by proper coordination with all stakeholders and ensuring smooth functionality of the SPS APAC

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Marketing and Special Projects:

  • Collaborate with ASEAN commercial team to plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the maintenance of the SPS Singapore/Regional website and social media platforms, ensuring ongoing presence on channels like Twitter and Facebook
  • Monitor campaign progress using metrics and prepare performance reports
  • Generate creative ideas for content marketing and contribute to brand development strategies
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns adhere to branding guidelines
  • Engage actively in deep dive activities/meetings to evaluate digital marketing solutions
  • Help develop strategies to establish a lasting digital relationship with customers
  • Support the SPS AMEA digital transformation journey, acting as a liaison across regions and countries to promote digital initiatives like Chatbots and CRM platforms
  • Participate in regional I-plan market research activities to gather insights and data
  • Assist in organizing SPS events, such as product launches and seminars, ensuring they align with marketing objectives
  • Coordinate with vendors for event management and creative designs to support marketing and promotional activities

Administrative:

  • Assist in coordinating and executing marketing projects, including PO generation, product sourcing, and managing operational needs
  • Act as a liaison with external vendors for procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, ensure timely delivery of goods/services, and manage vendor relationships
  • Organize monthly marketing meetings for the AMEA region, including scheduling, agenda setting, minutes taking, and action item follow-up
  • Provide support for travel-related activities, such as visa applications and logistics coordination, to ensure smooth team mobility
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for marketing operations, including procurement files, vendor contracts, and project reports
  • Support the AMEA Regional Leadership Team with administrative tasks like handling correspondence and organizing files

Qualifications

Critical Knowledge & Education:  

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline. Preferably degree in Business, Marketing, or Science related
  • Creative and commercial awareness
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics
  • Experience in handling administrative activities
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software

Critical Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Service minded, pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude and a strong motivation towards working with all stakeholders at site
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, de-centralized and multifunctional team
  • High attention to detail and consistency in performance
  • Ability to Communicate effectively (verbal and written) in English and cross-boundaries

Critical Experience:

  • Experience in managing with administration activities
  • Event management
  • Technological and digital savvy
