Obecnie poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Specjalista ds. planowania zamówień 

Tryb pracy: zdalna

Wymiar pracy: 40 godz/tyg  

Czas zatrudnienia: umowa o pracę do końca 2025r

Zakres obowiazkow:

  • Koordynowanie procesu planowania sprzedaży i składania zamówień, przy współpracy z działami logistyki i dział obsługi klienta
  • Przygotowanie planów i prognoz sprzedaży z uwzględnieniem sezonowości sprzedaży
  • Współtworzenie i optymalizacja narzędzi wspierających proces planowania
  • Terminowe zgłaszanie zapotrzebowania na produkcję
  • Tworzenie raportów i analiz na potrzeby organizacji
  • Kontakt z dostawcami wewnętrznymi oraz innymi działami firmy w Europie, w celu realizacji zamówień
  • Kontrola realizacji zamowień 
  • Udział w spotkaniach dotyczących planowania sprzedaży

Kwalifikacje

  • Wykształcenie wyższe
  • Doświadczenie w procesach planowania sprzedaży i zamówień
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość programu Excel, znajomość systemu SAP
  • Wysokie umiejętności komunikacyjne i analityczne, umiejętność logicznego myślenia
  • Dobra organizacja pracy
  • Gotowość do pracy pod presją czasu, szczególnie podczas sezonu
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole, proaktywna postawa
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego - codzienna praca w miedzynarodowym środowisku
