Senior UX Web Designer (Fixed Term Contract)

Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our Global Digital Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, user experience, and brand consistency across various platforms .

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead a “strategic projects” design stream. Setup and lead the process from ideation to final visual design.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites and landing pages.

- Validate the design solutions with end users. Track performance and run A/B tests.

- Ideate and develop key visuals for marketing campaigns.

- Lead the team of the 2 junior graphic designers, delegate tasks, track progress, and define the direction.

- Stay updated with UX/UI design trends, AI tools and technologies.

- Work closely with marketing teams, copywriters, branding team & graphic designers.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in design.
• Strong portfolio that shows the design process and results.
• Experience in creating & maintaining design systems.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration mindset within the project team.
• Experience in working with Artificial Intelligence tools to create, improve, transform, adjust and modify images and designs (e.g., Midjourney, Dall-E, Photoshop, etc.).
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma .
• Proactiveness and strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Solid time management and prioritization skills to handle schedules in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Confidently skilled in task and requirements analysis, effort estimation.
• At least Upper -Intermediate level of English.
•  Experience in launching marketing campaigns, working within marketing departments, and collaborating with branding teams.
• Experience with video editing & animation
• Familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of low code design / templating tools such as Webflow, Framer, VEV, Canva
