We're seeking an experienced Salesforce.com Individual to be part of our SFDC Europe Africa Middle East IT commercial platform team. If you are passionate about technology, have strong knowledge on salesforce.com platform, interested to understand the real problems and challenges our business colleagues are facing, and eager to create and code the solution yourself and with a team, we would love to have you onboard.

This is a technical role as an individual contributor. We take away the admin activities of team management, and allow you to focus on the technology, and focus on seeking technical solution for real problems to be resolved.

Accountabilities

- Design, develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

- Work with business to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the SFDC platform.

- Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality to ensure optimal use of the platform. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Collaborate with other developers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.

- Effort estimation based on given requirement

- Optimize the UI to make it efficient for users to use

- Work with release management team on software deployment, to ensure a stable and reliable production environment

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development

- Strong knowledge of SFDC sales cloud and service cloud

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

- Experience with Salesforce integration using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware.

- Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Hands on experience on GIT and continuous integration

- Strong web front end development experience is a plus

- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus

- Experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus

Bachelor’s Degree in IT (or related field)
