Responsabilities:

•    Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background;
•    Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience; 
•    Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools; 
•    Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions;  
•    Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch;  
•    Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls  
•    Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution; 
•    Prepare the standards and guidelines for technical designing based on various business model and specific inputs from local go-to-market;
•    Create prototypes and working examples to drive solutions;
•    Implement load testing standards to troubleshoot performance problems;
•    Provide code-level guidance and guide development teams;
•    Handle multiple projects with cross functional teams and business processes;
•    Manage and handle issues requiring escalation.
 


Qualifications

Requirements:
•    Bachelor Degree or equivalent in retaled field or equivalent experience;
•    Experience in all aspects of developing and implementing Commercial applications;
•    Experience in developing customizations for SFDC solutions; 
•    Fluent English;
•    Proven experience in SFDC implementations;
•    Strong working knowledge of architecture with the ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex, cross-system issues, and demonstrate an understanding of specific technologies (and their architectural connectivity);
•    Specific knowledge of Salesforce.com highly valued;
•    Direct, hands-on experience with automated software management tools;  
•    Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies;  
•    Strong knowledge of data management, including data capture, warehousing, segmentation, mining, storing, cleansing, and security;  
•    Working experience with SAP enterprise software systems;
•    Project management skills and exposure to project-based work structures;  
•    Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws;
•    Experience integrating distributed Applications and services including .Net, J2EE, and Client/Server Applications;  
•    Full life-cycle development in an enterprise development environment; 
•    Should have excellent communication, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving skills  
Must be a team player;
•    Certification or experience with methodologies and frameworks, such as TOGAF, ITIL, PMI, Six Sigma;
•    Salesforce.com Certified (Application, System, Technical).

Objective:
•    The Salesforce Technical Architect possesses broad knowledge across multiple development platforms and Clouds – draws on their skills and experience to assess business requirements and architecture in order to design secure, high-performance technical solutions that maximize the potential of the Salesforce platform.
•    This role will provide strategic, technical and operational expertise in support of business and technology transformational activities by combining Salesforce and other important technologies.  As a member of the IT Commercial Platform Design Team, and working with the IT Regional Teams, will promote synergies and reuse within and across projects and programs in order to maximize rapid yet responsible delivery of business value that support the CP and Seeds business strategies.
•    Design documentation and best-practice methodologies, the Solution Architect will be responsible for the detailed design of Salesforce related Commercial Portfolio projects from inception through production support – ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business unit, ensuring that proper testing is implemented and performance requirements are closely monitored by working with the development teams.
