Job description

職務:

シンジェンタ社のグローバルビジネスに必要とされる種子製品(遺伝子組換え作物・従来品種)の日本での承認・登録を取得、またそれらを維持するための申請業務とアドボカシーを主導及び実施する。

責務:

  • グローバルのプロジェクトチームの一員として、ビジネスチームの目標に沿った種子製品の承認・登録取得のための日本での戦略を考え、必要な情報・データを入手して種子製品の申請書類を作成する。
  • 日本の規制当局やグローバルのプロジェクトチームと連携して申請・審査プロセスを進め、一定の期限内に承認・登録を取得する。
  • 規制やコンプライアンスを遵守し、遺伝子組換え作物の承認に必要な隔離圃場試験の実施を主導する。
  • 日本における最新の規制状況や要件を理解して、グローバルのプロジェクトチームに共有する。
  • 重要な規制関連文書の管理プロセスを主導する。
  • 業界団体での活動をリードする。

資格

重要な知識:

  • 植物分子生物学、遺伝学、育種学、生化学、バイオインフォマティクス、毒性学、統計学を含む幅広い科学分野の知識
  • 日本における遺伝子組換え作物とゲノム編集作物に関する規制制度や安全性評価の知識

重要な経験

  • バイオテクノロジー関連の研究者としての経験、圃場での栽培試験の経験
  • レギュラトリーサイエンス、レギュラトリーアフェアーズで5年以上の実務経験があることが望ましい
  • 多国籍チームのメンバーとしての業務経験

重要な技術、専門、能力:

  • 日本語・英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップ
  • 科学データを含む情報を正しく理解・解釈し、日本語または英語の文書や口頭で社内外の関係者に伝える能力
  • 物事を秩序立てて考え、細部に気を配りつつ正確に分析する能力
  • 正確かつ論理的な文章を書く能力
  • 社内外の関係者の期待や要求に応えながら、プレッシャーの中で業務を遂行する能力
  • デジタル技術に強い

 

教育、資格:

  • 植物バイオテクノロジー、農学、生物学、遺伝学、または関連分野での修士以上の学位
  • 日本語（ネイティブ）、英語（ビジネスレベル）
