Role purpose
- To develop an E2E view of the AI / Formulation coming though existing source change signed off by RST, securing the Production & Supply link with the areas involved, and assuring successful source change and supply operation execution.
- To manage the list of source change projects obtained from RST for region to get the control of the supply chain that should be implemented for this.
- Implement source change projects within timelines by connecting with impacted market/plants, provide required information/documents, supply planning with system & master data setup to deliver product in market on time from new source as agreed
- To be the regional focal point of contact & lead for agreed source change initiative for all markets, sites & functions within/outside P&S
- To be the regional focal point for global source change initiative or projects impacting region as being able to step out of the operation and dedicate time to have a view for medium and long term.
- To be the regional link with the Asset Strategic & Siting team for source change projects’ managing the initiatives that involves multiple markets within region.
- Participate actively in monthly RST meeting, preparing in advance the relevant information to de discussed in the forum as needed.
- Participate in the APAC Deco meeting as a Supply Chain representative.
Production & Supply Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Understand our Syngenta inventory management strategy. Understands various replenishment strategies and inventory optimization techniques.
Planning and Forecasting: Optimizes operational choices through deep understanding of the systems landscape and organizational structure. Can turn data into insights and planning scenarios considering both volume and value. Actively influences decisions and decision making processes from an integrated planning perspective.
Data Integrity: Demonstrates a clear understanding of planning parameters, (master) data management and the inherent need for data integrity. Correctly identifies and understands relevant data sources and structures.
Financial Process: Budgeting and LE processes, Hub/Tax. Understands cost structure and trade-offs between costs and benefits.
Qualifications

Critical Experience
5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
Proficient use of SAP/R3 and APO
Engineering or similar carers graduate.
APICS or equivalent program in Supply Chain management
Deep understanding on Syngenta crop protection supply chain
Understanding of financial agro business and financial aspects that drives the supply chain operation
