Reporting to the Spring Crops Planning Lead, you coordinate a timely system update from payment to growers and subcontractors for Spring Crops production in EAME.

You monitor accurate transactional performance to ensure transactional excellence.

The position is offered on a permanent contract, based in France/Saint-Sauveur (31) or Hungary/Mezotur.

Frequent business travel required, in Europe (1 per month: meeting, visit, workshop...).

Starting date: August 2023.

Accountabilities:

You provide regional coordination for all SAP system-related processes in Production and Site operations (including subcontractors) for Commercial Spring Crops.

You are the business contact for definition and prioritization of system enhancements.  And you operate as key user responsible for system testing and training of users. 

You collaborate and follow up with the technical team on any changes in SAP Physical Goods flow from sowing till treat/bag and globally support Master data needs for Plants/Growing area according to Commercial SPP and Supply Plan.

You follow up long- and short-term plans, and secure timely update of SAP if needed.

Coordinate the creation of all needed Master Data in all needed Plants/Growing area according to Commercial Seeds Production Plan (SPP) and Supply Plan.

You support local Multiplication order manager in Direct Vendors Master Data activities in case of escalation. 

Regional EAME coordination/support on transactional data and Way of Working

Responsible for management of seeds multiplication/sizing related process and purchase orders in SAP on time, in full within EAME region. 

You ensure stock entries, service receipts on purchase orders performed within the agreed timelines following the goods receipts on respective process orders in SAP to secure inventory/COGP (Cost of Goods Produced) financial reporting integrity.

Ensure the process of yield estimate in SAP according to defined calendar.

Support the payment process to grower/subcontractors when needed.

Coordinate the proper Process orders closure at the end of the season.

Contributes to the process of continuous improvement of the process (Ways of Working, new testing/implementing SAP flows, users training, process review...).


Qualifications

Bachelor/Master’s degree Supply management, with 5 to 8 years’ experience, in planning and production plan management. Experience in an international seeds company will be appreciated.

You have good knowledge of SAP/Pack Office/Data base management.

You are a real facilitator and a good communicant, organized and rigorous.

Ability to make tough decisions under pressure and to challenge issues at various levels of the organization.

Professional English required to work in our multicultural organisation (meetings, emails, documents).

Professional French or Hungarian is a plus.
