Responsibilities

Lead launches and monitoring of innovation projects focused on the Fungicides and Herbicides business. Contact with global teams to align strategy and share market practices.

Analyze, identify and quantify market opportunities, new product features and new product ideas; establishing product requirements in accordance with customer needs and business objectives.

Lead the development of the pipeline, portfolio of the strategic plan, assembly of pricing and economic and financial analysis of P&L.

Accompany the development of market access plans; working in synergy with sales, supply and Technical Development to implement them.

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to achieve growth, sales, and market share targets for assigned crops/product line.

Monitor the impact of the campaigns, and the results associated with the implementation.

Continuously monitor competition and industry development.

It is indispensable for this position:

 Professionals graduated from Agricultural Engineering or related careers (mandatory)

Previous experience in product, marketing, strategy and business development positions (mandatory)

Advanced level of English (mandatory)

Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory)

Knowledge and mastery of new technologies for data analysis (valued)

Availability to travel (valued)

Excellent communication skills, customer focus and project management

Participatory and collaborative leadership qualities.

Ability to lead initiatives with imprint and openness.
