Packaging Technician

To pack, weigh, and label flower and vegetable seeds based on orders. Ensure all packages are properly packaged and sealed. Meet the specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.

Duties:

• Utilize Process Orders and Deliveries to properly weigh, pack, label, and seal seed packets.
• Properly pull staged materials on designated and labeled shelves on the work floor.
• Check and double check labels are placed on the correct seed packet.
• Other tasks assigned by managers.
• Follow procedures, best practices, and recognize safety as the number one priority.

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to properly use small scales.
• Ability to properly use small tools such as scoopers and spoons.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on an occasional basis.
• Must be able to work in a team as well as independently.

Additional information:

• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• High School Diploma.
