Role Purpose

To achieve this, Syngenta’s HR Operations Team is looking for a HR Administration Latam Analyst in Montevideo. You will be part of the HR Operations team, ensuring timely processing of employee hires, terminations, movements, and changes for the countries within your scope, considering and properly managing the established SLAs for the Service.

You will manage legal documentation for personnel files, issuance of certificates, among others, guaranteeing confidentiality and centralization of complete documentation for the Company's employees.

You will manage the submission of Updates and incidents according to the established schedule and with the quality levels required by Syngenta.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer cases seeking quality by following standard processes and tools.
  • Manage work quality through self-auditing for accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness of work.
  • Seek satisfactory conclusion of cases for customers.
  • Participate in problem-solving procedures and follow escalation processes.
  • Demonstrate continuous improvements in process and service.
  • Comply with Syngenta's standards, procedures, and policies, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Update and maintain various systems/tools according to standard process documentation.
  • File and retrieve documents (both paper and electronic) using corresponding standards.
  • Comply with client quality and format standards.
  • Respond to information requests by searching, summarizing research results, and compiling in the requested format.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned.
  • Execute standard processes and take recommended actions to achieve metrics.
  • Perform other assigned tasks, such as payment operations with suppliers/external services.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction through accurate delivery. Meet service delivery metrics (KPI, SLA, OLA).
  • Create and maintain process documentation, such as work instructions and DTPs.
  • Support any audit process and provide required information.

 

Qualifications

It is indispensable for this position:

Professionals graduated or advanced students in Business, Administration, or HR-related fields (Labor Relations, Psychology, etc.)

Fluent level of Spanish and intermediate level of English

Experience with Workday system at user level

Results and execution-oriented

Customer-focused Focused on Compliance and Continuous Improvement

Resilient and confident in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment

Highly collaborative teamwork style

 

Desirable (optional):

Experience in Service Now administration

Previous experience in large companies in HR, Shared Services centers, and/or related areas
