Objective:

  • Be responsible for P&S CoE D&A serving the Production & Supply areas.
  • Work closely together with all relevant functions to design innovative supply chain solutions, data analytics expertise to key change initiatives cross-functionally.
  • Making supply chain data accessible and usable.


Responsabilities:

  • Lead the Data Source and Automation Strategy and Management for LATAM;
  • Coordinate D&A Portfolio and Pipeline;
  • Drive D&A Product Life Cycle Management;
  • Ensure P&S needs, governance and backlog aligned with Global;
  • Pursuit Global roll-out and leverage opportunities;
  • Accelerate D&A best practices within LATAM Region;
  • Evolve current stage of Descriptive Analytics from Lagging to Leading Indicator and cross-functional;
  • Create foundations and WoW to prepare P&S for Predictive Solutions;
  • Discuss and challenge data requirements for supply chain analytics solutions.
  • Create data roadmap for squads in direct alignment with Product Owners e Business Owners and keep stakeholders informed on status of deliverables.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or correlated professions;
  • Excellent business vision, able to identify and prioritize high impact issues, influencing data / engineering teams across the organization in solving these issues;
  • Experience in activities of D&A focused to Production and Supply areas;
  • Strong knowledge in operations management, Planning and Logistics;
  • Capacity to work in a diverse team and in different geographies;
  • Experience with Project Management;
  • Experience with agile methodologies;
  • Capacity to generate collaboration across boundaries;
  • Knowledge of Qlik Sense;
  • Advanced Portuguese and English for conversation.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Machine Learning, Data Mining, Optimization, Simulation and Statistical Data Analysis techniques;
  • Knowledge in Advanced Analytcs, Process Mining (diferenciais), Descriptive Analytcs
  • Knowledge in Power BI;
  • Spanish for conversation.
