Are you passionate about optimizing supply chains and ensuring seamless logistics operations? Syngenta is seeking a talented and motivated Outbound Coordinator to join our team in France or The Netherlands!

The challenge

As an Outbound Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our logistics flows across the EAME region. You'll ensure timely deliveries, coordinate with various stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in our logistics processes. Your main responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily delivery follow-ups from factories to partners
• Manage stock transfers between European tollers
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
• Handle export documentation and customs processes
• Monitor service levels and manage escalations
• Analyze shipping data to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction
• Process orders in SAP and book transport
• Participate in operational meetings with freight forwarders

Your profile

• Proficiency in Incoterms and international transport logistics
• Proven experience in logistics or shipping roles
• Strong communication abilities in English and French
• Strong communication and customer focus
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
