The challenge

Are you ready to drive global agricultural innovation through seamless logistics? In this role you are going to:

• Orchestrate outbound shipping activities with precision and care
• Collaborate across departments to optimize order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Manage export documentation and customs clearance processes
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
• Monitor service levels and manage escalations
• Analyze shipping data to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
• Participate in operational meetings with freight forwarders

Your profile

• MBO degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Basic training as a declarant
• Proven experience in logistics or shipping roles
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and trade compliance
• Proficiency in logistics software, MS Office, and SAP
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication abilities in Dutch and English
