Job description

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Seeds Field Crops team in the Czech Republic as Customer Service Specialist. If you are precise and communicative with SAP or other similar system experience you are the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Process seed orders including related administration and system updates (order receipt, goods release, invoicing, and rebate management)
  • Handle goods returns from customers and to suppliers
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, warehouse staff, transport companies, and relevant officials
  • Prepare monthly reports and analyses according to internal requirements
  • Monitor customer KPIs and coordinate complaint resolution
  • Support label preparation and documentation
  • Manage seasonal customer service operations and workflows

Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary school education
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and SAP
  • Proactive attitude and collaborative mindset
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Native/fluent Czech language and intermediate English language proficiency (both verbal and written)

Additional Information

  • Full-time permanent position
  • Office location in Prague with hybrid work arrangement
  • Starting date: mid-May/June 2025
