Order to Cash Coordinator

Purpose of the role:

• Ensure that objectives of the area are achieved
• Ensure and maintain high quality service to the Commercial Unit considering end to end impacts (from sales order release to cash application)
• Ensure that O2C reports on time and accurately in month end close
• Owns one specific O2C process and manages the resources to keep processes aligned and sustain delivery
• Maintain direct and respectful contact with countries
• Ensure the team has the needed resources to achieve its goals
• Comply with requirements regarding internal and external controls
• Interact with Trade Finance Credit Management and Collections team as the main point of contact

Responsibilities:

• Keep un-applied credits below the expect KPIs.
• Maintain credit lines updated and orders released on a timely manner for in-scope countries.
• Review and assess the efficiency of the cash application and payments posting process with Digital &  Continuous Improvement mindset.
• Own the enhancements of the Collection portal.
• Keep Open items under control.
• Partnership with Trade Finance Credit Management and Collections team.
• Work closely to Treasury & Tax for exposure and License To Operate topics.
• Manage a big team

It is indispensable for this position:

• Account or degree in financial carriers
• Fluent English speaking and comprehension
• SAP experience
• Experience in financial analysis such as cashflow preparation, financial KPIs, Power BI dashboards.
• Previous experience of minimum 4 years with decision making
• Leadership experience or proved capabilities
• Adaptability to a changing and demanding environment.
• Hands on attitude & digital innovation curiosity.
