Specifically, we are searching for a highly motivated Drone and Boom  Operations Manager.  Operations Manager will evaluate, plan, organize, and manage the state. The Operations Manager will provide leadership and coordination of administration, accounting, and planning of our continued development. 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, develop, and manage operations requirements personnel; develop new and existing area through sales team.
  • Ensure members of farm team have the depth and experience to be a winning team well into the future
  • Assist with strategic and operational planning
  • Oversee the continued planting and development
  • Direct all activities necessary to operate and support  at maximum efficiency; Direct and coordinate with OT
  •  Contribute towards profitability and growth of the Company;           
  • Work with teammates on the farmers and retailers as well as teammates in other departments including- Accounting, Human Resources, and  services providers to optimize the operation
  •  Manage maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal ordinances, regulations, and applicable laws; and, ∙ Ensure employment practices and policies
  •  Communicate effectively with cross-functional.

Location: 1. Punjab (Ludhina/Bathinda/Chandigarh)
                  2. Haryana (karnal/Kurukeshetra/ Chandigarh)
                 3. Karnataka (Rannbennur/Bellari/Hubli)
                 4. AP/TS (Hyderabad/Guntur)
                 5. Maharashtra(Nagpur) or Madya Pradesh (Bhopal/Indore) 


Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

  •  Good interpersonal and team-building skills with a positive attitude and ability to establish relationships
  •  Knowledge of agricultural products (CP, Seeds, and crops calendar)  and soil science.
  •  Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills to small and large groups with an ability to lead and influence

 

Requirements:

  •  Ability to work extended hours; work nights, weekends or as business needs arise during harvesting season
  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment with a positive attitude
  • Professional, dependable, principled, and honest.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5+ years experience required
