Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the credit & collection daily routine (credit limit decison, collaterals, collection, financial solution & Barter implementation) for Commercial Units  (Crop and Seeds Business); 
  • Direct contact with the commercial unit heads and branch heads (Sales directors) for CP/SE/Others and alignment with various internal stakeholders;
  • Direct contact with the customers (dealers, cooperatives and growers) which requires seniority to discuss credit & collection matters;
  • Recommend/ Defend and approve Credit limits in the Credit Committees;
  • Manage TFCM team in the Commercial Units; 
  • Develop models and scenarios for credit and collection, Bad Debts and other KPIs;
  • Act as a liaison between the financial solutions team, commercial area and customers;
  • Lead and manage the implementation of cross-functional projects for credit solutions connecting credit, treasury, commercial area and other areas.


Main Challenges:

•    Responsible for de credit & collection daily routine (credit limits requests, sales order release, rescheduling and others);
•    Predictive analysis and understanding of Net Trade Accounts receivables, working capital management;
•    Able to monitors main KPI’s and explain the variations in a monthly basis;
•    Able to present financial reports, planning, monitoring, and reporting process;
•    Pro-actively work with Business, Marketing, Treasury and Financial Solutions areas to implement financial structured solutions;
•    Ability to anticipation scenarios and cash feasibility analysis and its impacts on company's cash collection;
•    Ability to lead and implement projects;
•    Act as a liaison between mainly TFCM, Treasury and FP&A.

Qualifications

Requirements:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/ Economy or other related area;
•    Experience working in the credit and collection area;
•    Strong ability to evaluate risk, financial analysis and soving problems;
•    Customer management;
•    Solid knowledge of governance, processes, and dynamics of the credit area in the agrobusiness market;
•    Multifunctional skills with an emphasis on negotiations, management and control; 
•    Proactive, interpersonal communication and influencing skills;
•    Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel skills and PowerPoint; 
•    Experience in SAP;
•    Advanced English.
