Into Action

In this position you will be responsible to provide professional management support to designated Managers and teams in Enkhuizen. The key activities are: Supporting, coordinating, following up on specific (procurement) activities, travel and hotel bookings, time registration and meeting organization.

The Challenge

The management assistant is acting as the home base for managers, team leads and teams. You will also act as a super user for relevant team space(s) ensuring document library is managed and maintained. You will coordinate regular internal communications to keep employees updated. The management assistant needs to ensure strict confidentiality of personal- and business affairs. This is a dynamic role with a rather large number of stake holders but also with back up and cooperation of other administrative assistants.

Your Profile

To succeed in this challenging position, you should have a problem solving and service minded mind set, the ability to translate needs into solutions and be quick and efficient in following up and maintaining system accuracy. We expect you to fluently speak and write in Dutch and English. You need to be multi-tasking, pro-active, well organized, and stress resistant. You preferably have experience in this type of role. This position is part-time; we are looking for someone who can work every day approx. 3 hours.
