Logistics Specialist Import Export

• Ensure Syngenta's license to operate is maintained by full adherence to policies, processes and regulations.
• Develop skills and knowledge within the import/export operations teams.
• To ensure compliance SOX, SOD, Trade and support customs audits.
• Maintain a cross functional network inside and outside of global supply to ensure alignment – strong link with Integration point and SBS.
• Continuously improve processes and identify efficiency opportunities for duty optimization.
• Lead business process improvements and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Monitor external market changes in regards to imports and exports, regulations changes.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant technical diploma or equivalent to 3 years of Logistics Experience.
• Requires knowledge and understanding within relevant area which would typically be gained through minimum 2 years of relevant experience including Foreign Trade Zone.
• Drive duty optimization and utilization of FTA’s.
• Operation of a Foreign Trade Zone.
