Territory Sales Operations Lead (Líder de Operações de Vendas/Holambra-SP)

Reports into: Territory Head

 

Drive the building and execution of processes and ways of working for the sales organization. Drive organizational expertise on GTM optimization. Be a trusted partner to commercial team and leading key initiatives on field force productivity.

GTM Support

  • Ensure the effective and harmonized execution of commercial processes, initiatives and operational standards withing the territory.
  • Maintain territory pricing environments and administration to ensure alignment between grower to gross to net prices.
  • Optimize the GTM Playbook by upholding commercial policy, channel operating model, and dealer programs across the territory.

Field Force Productivity

  • Serve as CRM superuser, providing support for trainings, onboardings, and continuous adoption of the CRM tool.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and integrate new functionalities within the CRM.
  • Track adoption and proactively engage users to enhance their understanding and maximize the tool's value.

Commercial development

  • Develop and administer the Sales Onboarding process and additional trainings to continuously enhance the skillsets of the sales team.
  • Create best practices and workflows around customer engagement to inform future trainings

Support as key liaison across other functions for continuous improvement activities in key commercial processes.

Qualifications

Knowledge, experience & capabilities

 

  • BA/BS degree in agriculture recommended or equivalent job experience
  • Experience and knowledge of vegetable seed market (desirable), marketplace dynamics, competitive environments and customer needs.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent creativity
  • Good agronomic knowledge (desirable)
  • Excelling verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • High level of computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite Capabilities, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with Power BI and Salesforce a plus

 

 

Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities

 

  • English required and Spanish is desirable.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
  • SAP management a plus
  • Has ability to structure and simplify complex matters.
  • Strategic & analytical thinking.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills.
