Legal Billing Coordinator

This person will be responsible for Requesting activities related to Procure-to-Pay processes for North America Legal.

Manage EASYprocure and Invoice Management activities for NA Legal.  Activities include:

• PO Creation
• VMD activities
• Invoice Processing
• PO/Invoice Tracking
• PO/Invoice Reporting
• Troubleshooting
• Participating as a member of our Key User group

Interface across NA Legal to ensure correct and timely processing of above items
Key User support to NA Legal, including supplemental training and troubleshooting

Support the Legal Department by working with outside counsel, vendors, finance business partners and in-house attorneys to properly record and manage invoices, yearly budgets and quarterly updates.

To be successful in this role, this person will be required to be in the Greensboro area working in a hybrid model.

Required - 

• Three to five years of experience working with accounts payable
• A good understanding of finance operations
• General accounting knowledge
• Knowledge and understanding of the end to end process of Procure-to-Pay and ability to resolve issues.

Preferred - 

• SAP/ Ariba experienced preferred
• Experience in a legal setting a plus
