Seeds Technical Corn & Sunflower Manager / Animal Nutrition PL&BL

Obszar działania: cała Polska i kraje bałtyckie

Tryb pracy: zdalnie / praca hybrydowa. Lokalizacja nie jest barierą - szukamy najlepszych specjalistów niezależnie od miejsca zamieszkania.

Opis obowiązków:

  • Ocena stanu plantacji kukurydzy i słonecznika w trakcie sezonu, zbieranie i opracowywanie wyników doświadczeń odmianowych
  • Koordynacja procesu rejestracji odmian i bezpośredni kontakt ze stacjami doświadczalnymi lub platformami demo dla obu upraw
  • Współpraca z działem R&D oraz ekspertami technicznymi w poszczególnych krajach w zakresie odmian kukurydzy i słonecznika
  • Wspieranie zespołu sprzedaży w zakresie lokalnego pozycjonowania produktów
  • Przygotowanie materiałów szkoleniowych oraz prowadzenie szkoleń dla zespołu sprzedaży, partnerów handlowych oraz klientów
  • Obsługa pól demo np. Pola Klasy S
  • Wsparcie Przedstawicieli Handlowych w prowadzeniu lokalnych poletek demonstracyjnych kukurydzy i słonecznika
  • Ścisła współpraca z Portfolio Managerami ds. kukurydzy i słonecznika oraz Specjalistą ds. Komunikacji w celu przygotowania materiałów marketingowych, zgodnych ze strategią biznesową upraw
  • Analiza zgłoszeń reklamacyjnych
  • Zarządzanie danymi w programach/aplikacjach służących do przechowywania i analizowania wyników doświadczeń
  • Aktywny udział we wdrażaniu narzędzi cyfrowych: Cropwise Seedselector, Cropwise Planting, Silage Harvest Time Alert

Qualifications

  • Wyższe wykształcenie na kierunku rolnictwo (bądź pokrewne)
  • Wiedza z zakresu technologii rolniczej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem wiedzy technicznej na temat odmian kukurydzy i słonecznika
  • Wiedza na temat rynku rolnego, konkurencji, trendów i tendencji rynkowych
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu doświadczeń polowych
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację
  • Biegła obsługa pakietu MS Office
  • Gotowość do podróży służbowych
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B
