  • Support to Lab Quality Control & Quality Assurance day-to-day routine and/ non-routine activities and projects.
  • Follow testing frequency management procedure to work with related functions eg. TFPP (Technology for Finished Product Process), production, HSE to set sampling schedule and testing plan of raw material, intermediates, in process sample, final products and environment samples.
  • Support to ensure QC consumables i.e. HPLC & GC’s parts inventory, Column inventory, Solvent Inventory-Monthly
  • Participate to review quality documentation- specification, QA/QC standard procedures, analytical method. Ensure related operations compliance in lab.
  • Participate in the QMS Internal Audits and preparation for the external audits.
  • Support in investigation of online abnormalities, data classification and monthly circulation of abnormalities data to all concerned
  • Support and participate in Management of Change preparation of all intended changes related to QC. Support to conduct Root Cause analysis with cross-functional teams for any nonconformities.
  • Support to the calibration of Site instruments: Perform internal calibration of instruments and manage timely calibration of external calibration where applicable.
  • Adhere to HSE standard in lab, ensure improvement actions are implemented, lead lab health and workplace risk assessment as requirement.
  • Participate in the site shift work for the formulation.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Chemistry or equivalent to support chemical lab analysis
  • Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance in chemical industry
  • Analytical knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance in chemical and preferably agrochemical industries
  • Good knowledge of the analytical, operation and troubleshooting of HPLC & GC equipment.
  • Some knowledge of SAP-Quality Module
  • Knowledge of lab Quality and HSE and related regulations
  • Willing to work on a rotational shift
