Estimated Duration: May 2023 – August 2023 

You will: 

• Learn and deploy a variety of data management skills 
• Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed  
• Provide input into the development of IT solutions to support structured content or structured component authoring 
• Interact with internal stakeholder groups to understand their needs, ensure delivery meets expectations, garner support for team initiatives, deliver training on new systems and processes, and seek feedback for process improvements 
• Migrate data or documents to an archival system 
• Maintain data for Key Performance Indicators 
• Operate in accordance with Syngenta Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) standards 
• Perform other tasks and/or projects as needed 

What you must have: 

• A High School Diploma or equivalent  
• Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science degree program in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field  
• Prior experience or course work in data management or management of information systems

• Some Biology knowledge is an advantage 
• Current Sophomore or Junior standing preferred  
• Attention to detail 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task, work independently, as well as part of a team
