ROLE PURPOSE   

Analytical data acquisition and interpretation.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Recording and analysis of NMR data
  • Regular maintenance of NMR instrument
  • 2D NMR correlations study and structural interpretation
  • Perform quantitative NMR experiments
  • Perform wet analytical chemistry
  • Run HPLC, LCMS, GC-MS instruments
  • Lab housing keeping
  • Adhere all Syngenta safety protocol
  • Maintain housekeeping in Lab.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Critical Knowledge: 

  • M.Sc.   in   Analytical/Organic Chemistry with 3-5 years’ experience in NMR spectroscopy is desired. Experience to operate instruments like HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS is advantageous

Critical Skills: - Ability to work in a team and perform assigned responsibilities, communication with various stakeholders, expertise in written and verbal communication of scientific data and results, ability to work in cross cultural environment. 

Critical Experience:   M.Sc.   in   Analytical/Organic Chemistry with 3-5 years’ experience in NMR spectroscopy for data acquisition, analysis, and interpretation.
