Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and utilizing data-driven insights to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Digital Analyst to join our team in supporting the implementation of our Digital Transformation roadmap in Africa Middle East ("AME"). In this role, you will work closely with the Digital Lead to drive digital marketing initiatives, streamline processes, and develop innovative digital agriculture technology offers – all by drawing insights on the available data.

Accountabilities:

Digital Transformation Project Management Support:

  • Assist in planning and tracking the implementation of the AME Digital Transformation roadmap, including milestones, key performance indicators, and outcomes analysis.
  • Prepare communication materials and presentations to update stakeholders on the progress, challenges, and risks of the Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Promote collaboration and efficient teamwork using communication platforms like Teams and SmartSheet.
  • Share success stories and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital innovation.

Data Compilation & Analysis Support:

  • Contribute to the development of a grower data strategy by collecting and compiling available grower data from CRM systems, digital campaigns, digital agronomy offers, and market data.
  • Analyze and visualize data, making it easily digestible and actionable.
  • Evaluate grower segments' position in the conversion funnel and provide recommendations for future campaigns and offers.
  • Cultivate a data literate culture by promoting the use of data for insights and decision-making, and supporting teams in data collection and analysis processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or data science.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis, general marketing principles, and digital marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business challenges.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and action-oriented with a sense of urgency to meet business requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across functional groups.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages spoken in the AME region would be an advantage.
