Here is how this role will be critical to our business:

Purpose:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing their high performing service delivery functions including IT Help Desk, and Application Support teams across all their office locations (Seeds LAN) by directly supporting their business growth through creating a scalable IT Service Delivery capability across multiple time zones.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead IT support functions and applications across all locations, as well as laptop support.
• Manage team rotation to ensure consistent support coverage for the business across all locations.
• Owner of the Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes, ensuring accurate reporting and proactively initiating service improvement activities when necessary.
• Work closely with the Infrastructure and Development teams on problem management.
• Responsible for the major incident process, ensuring coordination of resolution parties (internal and external), effective communication with internal stakeholders, and post-incident reviews.
• Identify software or hardware problems, as well as perform successful installations and configurations of the same.
• Supervise and audit the provision of services; make sure processes are in place and followed.
• Organize service review meetings with representatives of internal business units.
• Work closely with the operations and facilities management team to coordinate office changes and moves.
• Support new IT projects and initiatives throughout the territory.

Essential for this position:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, science, engineering, IT) or equivalent knowledge is required.
• 5+ years' experience of managing IT Service Delivery teams within environments multicounty users.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Experience of Service Management Platforms.
• Experience in maintenance of computer equipment, installation of cabling and internet access
• Experience of managing multisite IT or application support teams.
• Experience of IT asset and license management.
• Experience of creating and managing an IT Service Catalogue.
• Able to coach and develop team members in implementing service management standards and processes.
• Builds and maintains strong stakeholder relationships.
• ITIL Certificate in Managing Across the Lifecycle or equivalent level (nice to have).
