- Strategic Business Partnering is the ability to create value and to be recognized for it, through sustainable strategic partnerships with business leaders and IT stakeholders.
- Builds sustainable long-term relationship with stakeholders, being the local IT contact for business areas.
- Captures business needs and connects to the right IT Product Owner / Platform.
- Manages complex and multi-functional programs and projects using Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
- Shows the ability to express technical and business concepts through verbal and written communications.
- Writes business scope and user stories to be interpreted by IT Product Owners / Platform.
- Measures KPIs for IT products / systems adoption by end users and business satisfaction.
- Works closely with Commercial areas (Marketing & Sales) to align on strategic priorities, roadmaps and connects with the right IT expert for in-depth conversations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree – Engineering, IT, co-related fields.
- Experience in IT related field – PMO, Business Partnering.
- Experience in a customer-facing role and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge and experience on Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, strong analytical skills and close attention to detail is required.
- Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills and be a team player.
- Collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated adaptability to change, customer focus, continuous learning, and problem solving and negotiation is required.
- Organized, focused and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced in understanding and speaking English.
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Bi, PowerPoint) with proven ability to produce top-quality work suitable for Executive level presentations.
- Ability to think critically and craft analytics/visual charts quickly.
- Experience on PM applications, e.g. Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, etc.
- Results driven with a continuous improvement mentality.
- Business sense and analytical abilities.
- Self-starter with the drive to succeed
- Spanish is a plus.
