🎯 Role Purpose

The IT & Digital Business Solution Consultant serves as a strategic bridge between business areas (mainly Marketing and Sales) and the digital solutions that support our processes. Your role will be to translate business challenges into technological solutions that deliver continuous value, ensuring adoption, sustainability, and long-term evolution.

More than capturing requirements, we expect someone who challenges, proposes, influences, and acts with ownership.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Deeply understand business objectives and co-create digital solutions with a medium- to long-term vision.
• Lead digital projects and initiatives from conception to final delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and business value.
• Be responsible for the financial management of initiatives under your leadership, including budget control, estimates, and vendor interactions.
• Ensure adherence to internal governance standards, including executive committees, status reports, and stakeholder engagement.
• Track and analyze solution adoption and performance, proposing improvements based on feedback and data.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to prioritize and deliver relevant backlogs, leveraging existing components (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).

📅 Day-to-Day Activities

• Engage with Marketing, Sales, and other business teams to understand real needs and co-create solutions.
• Lead planning, execution, and governance routines for digital projects.
• Act as the link between business needs and technical teams, translating challenges into clear, value-driven requirements.
• Manage project scope, budget, communication, and adoption.
• Be recognized as a transformation agent with influence, autonomy, and delivery discipline.

📚 Requirements

Essential:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related areas.
• Previous experience as IT Business Partner, Solution Consultant, Product Owner, or similar roles.
• Functional knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent core business platforms.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English (required for global interactions).

Nice to have:
• Experience with digital product mindset, lifecycle management, and adoption KPIs.
