I2P Operations Assistant will be working with the Invoice to Pay operations with high sensitive impact in business operations, providing an accurate and quality service, for the assigned region (Brazil) within Global Finance Operations at Syngenta.

Accountabilities:
Verify and execute invoice processing, payments transactions of invoice to pay operations, according to the
process documentation with timeliness to ensure service to internal clients and external suppliers.
Strict adherence to global standard process (application of desktop procedures and business operations pack)
to deliver accurate and quality outputs
Invoice Processing, Payments, query Resolution to be performed on daily basis as per defined targets
Perform the activities under supervision and provide necessary details to the supervisor on a daily basis.
Work with the team to ensure that the SLAs, KPIs, are reaching Syngenta targets
Understand that individual performance impacts the performance of the overall Team, Process, business.

Teamwork within I2P regional and global teams to ensure delivery of daily activities and standardization of
processes, and this will probably imply communication with other teams in the globe.


Qualifications

Essential for this position:

  • 1-3 years of years of professional experience in Accounts Payable/ Invoice Processing/ Payments area preferably in BPO.
  • Bilingual in English preferred to communicate with other teams in the globe.
  • Good communication skills & team player.
  • Execution and maintenance of desktop procedures and business operating procedures.
  • Knowledge of Invoice to Pay area as below:
  • Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing Indexing, Posting, Payment and Audit.
  • Accounting knowledge of Invoice to Pay process.
  • Understand Nfe, Service Invoices and tax requirements of Brazil.
  • Experience in handling queries on end to end I2P activities ( Phone and Mail)
  • Should handle all type of queries from Client with support from analysts or Team lead.
  • Good understanding of I2P process and their impact on key performance indicators
  • Be comfortable working in a global business environment that is undergoing process and technology changes.
  • Good planning and prioritization skills to meet commitments aligned with the I2P goals.
