Invoice to Pay Analyst (Fixed term contract for 12 months)

Here is how this role will be critical to our business:

Responsibilities

• Aid in vendor open items follow up in order to achieve KPI target for the year
• Vendor account reconciliation to match the outstanding balances in our Accounts Payable ledgers.
• Tax reconciliation.
• Reconciliation of employee’s Concur claims in SAP
• Work closely with our team in outstanding tasks that may present during this period
• Proactively manage work-in-progress reports for invoices under processing and drive actions for resolution by leveraging on AFO and GFO invoice processing and Service Desk teams, while getting support from relevant stakeholders (Business Finance, other in-country functions, I2P community, etc.).
• Support the Payments team with additional requirements.

It is indispensable for this position: 

• Accounting / Administration graduation qualification or on the path to graduation 
• 2-year experience in multinational or other sized companies, in Invoice to Pay, Accounts Payables or other Finance functions such as Accounting to Reporting. (preferred)
• Intermediate level of English
• SAP (preferred)
• Analytic skills
• Availability to work in term contract modality (12 months)
