Role purpose

  • Ensure of effective export process of Crop products to IMCs, 3rd party with good customer satisfaction and cost optimization.
  • Prepare of annual budget and control cost under PDVE.
  • Ensure and enforce all exporting process will be conducted with compliance under all related Code of Practice (CoP), HSE, Company & DG regulations.
  • Effective 4PL Project by monitor and measurement 4PL’s performance (providing oversight, escalation, daily operating activities related to CP export activities)
  • Manage and planning of export commercial and sample shipment to customers
  • Export Non Conformity handling
  • Support T&C for submit Trade Preferences and Tax Benefits
  • Support export team and any other task as assigned.

Accountabilities

  • Ensure for receiving Hub PO and check special requirements of customer by country
  • Plan delivery schedule by coordinate with Planner to ensure products available for dispatch as per customer’s requirement (Demand PO)
  • Create Proforma Invoice and prepare docs to RA team for applying Export Permit
  • Create DN and set TP flag in gSAP system in order to trigger data to 4PL
  • Issue DG declaration form to 4PL in order to get DG approval for vessel booking
  • Create invoice and provide documents with shipment details for export customs clearance
  • Coordinate with relevant team (4PL, QC, WH, Store) to ensure that workings are compliance with HSE&Q standard and company regulation for export activities
  • Ensure all shipping docs are prepared in accordance to customer’s requirements as per timelines and courier original shipping docs to customer (if need)
  • Scanned & upload shipping docs into GTN Nexus system for export commercial shipment
  • Ensure shipping docs are accuracy and good record docs retention for Pre & Post Entry audit  by authorities
  • Support internal customer to handle for sample shipment
  • Provide export monthly report and PDVE to CG-finance team.
  • Follow up investigation result from QA team and settlement process for export non-conformity
