Provide expert advice and leadership to ensure that the technically-complex and high-hazard site is fully compliant with UK regulations, Syngenta requirements, and the site MAPP, whilst maintaining effective operational capability. 


Qualifications

  • Have good experience in leading and implementing change.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Comprehensive experience in the chemical industry.
  • Demonstrated line management experience.
  • A good HSE understanding.
