HR Operations Advisor

Role purpose

At Syngenta, we are working to build the most collaborative and trusted team in agriculture that provides leading seeds and crop protection innovations to enhance the prosperity of farmers. To support that challenge, we are currently seeking an HR Operations Advisor for Syngenta’s North America HR Operations Team.

As an HR Operations Advisor you will provide data management, escalation support, issue analysis, and enable HR operational activities and processes within a service management environment using the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

Accountabilities

• Advise on the process and system requirements for organizational changes such as mergers, acquisitions, or significant structural changes
• Advise and support HR professionals in assembling the information needed to implement these changes in the HR system
• Actively manage data quality through auditing and where necessary drive data quality campaigns and corrective actions
• Support the HR Operations Manager with Immigration and Mobility activities
• Provide support and data for the Data and Analytics area
• Be the subject matter expert in HR system processes involving hiring, termination, and job changes and support the service provided by outsource providers and external vendors
• Interact with external service providers to investigate issues and ensure efficiency of HR operations
• Engage in continuous improvement activities including identification of gaps, design of new process steps, and subsequent form revisions

This position is open to remote work in any US location.

• Must have hands on Workday HCM data experience
• 5 to 10 years experience overall and some in data quality role
• Attention to detail
• Ability to communicate across the entire business

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• Workday Org Studio module
• Experience with Immigration or relocation is a plus
• PHR certification or SAP Finance is helpful
• Smart Recruiters ATS would also be helpful
