Group Transformation Office Project Lead

Job description

Join our global Transfomation Office (TO) team as the Transformation Office Project Manager. As a key driver of our Transformation Office, you will partner with Business Units to advance our strategic transformation agenda. You’ll lead multi-functional global projects through every phase—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure—ensuring outstanding business outcomes and exceeding customer expectations. In this role, you’ll champion robust support, governance, and standards across all your projects, own and develop the Transformation Office knowledge center, and foster a culture of excellence by sharing best practices throughout the transformation community.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support TO head on defining and driving transformation agenda
  • Support BU’s on setting PM capabilities
  • Project Management of assigned initiatives within Transformation Office Scope
  • Preparation of regular project and program management deliverables, including, but not limited to: Steering Committee material; Flash Reports; Risk & Issue Logs; Program Plan & individual Project Schedules; regular newsletter.
  • Engagement of key stakeholders, both internally and externally, across all regions and functions to support the change management journey.
  • Onboarding new program team members to enable them for success in their roles.
  • Helping to maintain consistently high standard project and program management activities
  • Leverage and further develop TO resource/ knowledge center
  • Share best practices across TO community

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Professional certification in Project or Program management (e.g MSP or PMP) desirable
  • Knowledge of Project and Program management recognized best-practices and frameworks, such as MSP and PMBoK.
  • Experience working in complex, global environment where many project members and stakeholders are remote.
  • Experience working with project management methodologies and tools, including: Microsoft Teams & Office Applications; Smartsheet; Sharepoint and Lucidchart.
  • Understanding of the political pressures on stakeholders and the business realities they face
  • Experience working in Hybrid Agile-Waterfall projects desirable
  • Exposure to Program Management with enthusiasm to gain further experience
