Opportunities
Several opportunities are available for candidates to join graduate training programmes in either our Product Safety or Product Technology and Engineering functions.
These roles offer a 2-year development opportunity consisting of placements (3-6 months) in relevant teams with supporting training provision and work experience; full Syngenta competency training and broader exposure to the issues impacting global agriculture. Successful completion of the programme will culminate in an offer of a new role within our organisation with the opportunity for continued professional development supported by recognised experts; future roles will include engagement with other technical, regulatory and business disciplines within the organisation.
Qualifications
To succeed you will need:
- A degree in a STEM subject or equivalent work experience with formal qualification or training.
- Data literacy, logical reasoning, communication and numeracy skills.
- To be curious and eager to learn.
- To be inclusive and unconditionally respectful of others.
