Purpose of the role:

Collaborate with Global Operations Leadership Team and extended Global Service Solutions to develop and execute CI strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Ownership of Operational and Change Requests boards within Proc Ops: 

  - Manage and oversee the Operational and Change Request boards for logging and tracking operational and change request items submitted by the global team. 

  - Ensure that all tasks are tracked accurately, and deadlines are met. 

  - Collaborate with stakeholders and the technical team to follow-up on progress and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 

  - Regularly update the global Procurement Operations team on the status of each item and any changes to timelines.

Procurement Operations Training Material Improvements for stakeholders: 

  - Identify areas for improvement in procurement operations training materials for IP and stakeholders. 

  - Collaborate with the Global Training Lead to align improvements with global training standards. 

  - Take the lead in co-partnership driving and implementing training material enhancements, working closely with the global training team to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

Collaboration with Procurement SNOW Module Lead: 

  - Work closely with the Procurement SNOW (ServiceNow) module lead to identify system improvements. 

  - Align system enhancements with the operational model to ensure process efficiency. 

  - Assist in the implementation of system improvements and support continuous optimization efforts.

 - Partner with QLIK SPOC to address opportunities for improvements and data analysis and KPI development

Qualifications

It is indispensable for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced student preferably in Business administration/operations management/quality management.
  • Excellent command in English (Mandatory), additional language valued.
  • Proven/good knowledge on process improvement methodologies (Mandatory)such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean methodology.
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement and process optimizations roles (highly valued).
  • Statistical methods knowledge and data analysis for KPI development (Desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Innovation and best practice.
  • Basic knowledge of process automation tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset and Root Cause Analysis.
