Job description

  • Manage rebate administration and analysis work in the RSM region so that the sales team in the region is supported effectively and all rebate administration and analysis is processed efficiently, effectively and has an impact on business growth
  • Responsible of dealers and retailers data base, compiling and updating data, including customer profile for each segment
  • Monitor and report rebate status, identify problem areas, review and propose procedures to improve rebate effectiveness and speed up the payment of bonus to all accounts involved
  • Closely work with Sales Executive and RSM and RSA to monitor  implementation and effectiveness of rebate

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience : 2-5 years of experience in sales analysis or a related role.
  • Technical skills : Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools l.
  • Analytical skills :Strong ability to interpret and analyse complex data.
  • Time management : Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and data visualization tools is crucial.
  • Understanding agriculture business is an advantage
  • Understand Syngenta’s GTM strategy
  • Position with proven ability as sales and marketing analyst either financial or commercial in MNC

Accountabilities

  • Responsible for compiling, updating, managing and supporting all rebate administration and analysis in the region
  • Liaison between CP Leadership and regional teams and customers: Answer internal and external questions regarding programs at the retailer quickly and accurately
  • To check and analyze YTD Actual Rebate vs Budget  across region and periodically report to Channel Operation Manager, RSM and other Leadership Team to avoid over expenditure
  • Manages all administration of rebate, monitor the effectiveness and provides support needed   
  • Ensure all the administration rebate program are well managed and timely to support the region target, including supporting data such as rebate program contract, approval form, etc
  • Responsible for compiling, updating, managing database of dealers and retailers, including customer profile in each segment
  • Provide quarterly rebate management performance of each SE (Sales Executive) and SO (Sales Officer) to Channel Operation Manager and RSM to be included in SIP assessment
  • Closely work with Head Office Staffs to verify actual vs budget and speed up the payment
