As a Global Mobility Analyst, you will work with the Head of Global Mobility and the Global Mobility team to ensure timely delivery of selected projects and tasks. 

This is an exciting time to join the Global Mobility Team at Syngenta as we undertake our transformation journey to simplify the way we deliver to our assignees and elevate the customer experience. 

We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:

  • Ensure timely delivery of Global Mobility projects
  • Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Mobility technology platform implementation
  • UAT testing and documentation of all technology platform processes
  • SPOC for Mobility compliance processes implementation, especially payroll process
  • Documentation of Mobility processes for future reference
  • Documentation of stakeholder training material
  • Support the team in preparation of cost estimates, assignment documentation, compensation calculations
  • Close collaboration with selected vendors
  • Preparing reporting and data analytics

Qualifications

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • BSc/MSc degree or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years of professional experience within HR function in either Mobility CoE or SSC, or experience from the Tax consulting
  • Preferably previous inhouse global mobility experience and must have excellent numerical abilities along with attention to detail
  • Expatriate Tax Experience: especially on payroll related process design and data maintenance
  • Client Service Focus: Applies a service mind-set that is centered on developing, delivering and continuously improving a service
  • Influencing Skills: Ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent Word and Excel skills as well as strong organizational and planning skills
  • Understanding of HR systems and Mobility technology is a plus
  • Ability to establish close working relationships with the HR Operational Services Delivery teams, Finance, and external third-party providers
  • Strong analytical & numerical skills – able to prepare costings, review and validate data
  • Ability to multi-tasking – able to prioritize and thrive/develop in a busy and complex business environment
  • High level of customer service & delivery 
  • Self-starter, good attention to detail
