We're seeking a dynamic and creative Branding Intern to join our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a brand identity and possess a keen interest in the agricultural industry. As an intern, you will collaborate with our branding team to develop and implement branding approaches for our products and services that resonate with our target audiences and align with our company's values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of branding initiatives to help position Syngenta’s products and services in the respective markets.
  • Support the creation of brand materials, including presentations, promotional content, and internal communications.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new branding projects and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and gather insights to inform branding strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, digital marketing and communications to ensure brand consistency.
  • Help manage and update brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all marketing materials.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating branding events or initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the branding team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. (Internship under University Agreement).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interest in branding, marketing, and the agricultural sector.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on assigned tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
