GFM Specialist

Purpose

• facility management activities
• Manage as Admin external applications driving the related trainings.·      
• Support the SDM in the implementation of projects across Italy, Spain and Portugal

Accountabilities:

• Manage the administrative Facility management activities
• Purchase orders management
•  Invoice posting and payment management
•  Monthly accruals
• Cost splits in differents cost centes
• Cost analisys for specifics cost centers
• Manage as Admin external applications driving the related trainings.
• Desk booking tool
• Certificated mails
• Support the SDM in the implementation of projects across Italy, Spain and Portugal
• Suppliers management
• Communications to Internal o exterlas stakeoldes
• Data collecction
• Data analisys
• Able to plan and organize work to meet deadlines whilst maintaining some flexibility to manage changing demands.

• Previous experience with administrative duties
• Fluent in English
• Spanish language knowledge is appreciated
• Excellent communication skills, with both internal customers and external suppliers
• Able to plan and organize work to meet deadlines whilst maintaining some
• Computer literate with a Concrete knowledge of Microsoft office tool

Minimum education and critical knowledge required for the job*

• Educated to a degree level standard or equivalent experience, preferably in Finance or Facilities and Real Estate Management

•  Possible roles across GFM depending on relevant experience. Leading the Italian GFM team seems to be the next move.
• Possible roles across other Syngenta Functions (Commercial, Research & Development, and Production & Supply) dependent on relevant experience.
