During the internship, you will be part of the team that works on smart manufacturing and digital transformation-related projects. You will get the opportunity to build the knowledge base alongside the subject matter experts on topics such as robotics, automation, IoT and so on.
Role & Responsibility
- Support the regional operational technology team by developing, testing, and maintenance of systems using JavaScript, C#, and HTML.
- You will be working on projects such as functional enhancements on the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and feature improvements on the Augmented Reality (AR) application.
- Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving issues and bugs.
- Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting issues and providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and optimizations.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Knowledge in C#, JavaScript, and HTML programming languages.
- Proficient level with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint).
- Able to commit to a 5 - 6 months full-time internship starting September 2023
Skills Preferred
- Self-initiative, resourcefulness, as well as good organizational, communication and people skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with development frameworks such as ASP.NET, Vue.js and Node.js is a plus
- Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL.
- Most importantly, passion for learning and a desire to gain practical experience in a professional setting.
