Formulations Operator 2

• Operate various types of formulating equipment.
• Perform routine and non-routine operations safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment with assistance and solve problems.
• Effectively use safety equipment such as respirators and protective clothing.
• Follow operator standard work to maintain formulation batch cycle time.
• Provide feedback and corrective actions when processes during the shift do not meet cycle time.
• Operate forklift and perform hand additions to formulation vessels.
• Monitor instruments, equipment and act on information
• Adapt to changes, new equipment, new procedures
• Participates in unit policies and procedures audits.
• Mill base processes maintain at least 85% Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Participates in near miss/incident reporting and 5WHY/incident investigations.
• Complete changeover operator standard work to ensure changeover cycle times are consistent and efficient.

• Prior formulation, packaging or quality control experience desired.
• Qualified as Operator III in formulation or packaging unit by Field Performance Evaluation (FPE). ·
• Demonstrated leadership skills in current role that has directly impacted unit performance in safety, quality and efficiency.
• Experience in formulations is preferred. Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities · Attention to detail, continuous learning, applied learning, teamwork, managing work and time, safety awareness and quality.
• All applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
• Minimal travel requirements.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs up to 50 lbs once per day.
