Role Purpose: The Digital Product Owner will manage development and implementation of trait capture tools, coordinate Trialing Operational Processing systems, and drive integration and synergy across related product. owners
Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the Trialing Process ecosystem
- Ensure effective prioritization of features and enhancements across all related systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product requirements
- Coordinate with IT, analytics, and data science teams to implement technical solutions
- Drive continuous improvement in Seeds Material Management and Inventory processes
- Oversee the development and enhancement of trait capture tools
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration among product owners
- Measure and report on key performance indicators for the Trialing Process

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Advanced knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices
- Understanding of agricultural research processes, particularly in seed trialing
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices
- Knowledge of data collection tools and technologies
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or program ownership
- 3+ years of experience in agricultural technology or related field
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
- Strong communication and presentation skills
